One day Mauricio met Alexandre Vostok, owner of the Vostok Circus. And he was fascinated by the stories of circus life. So much so that he decided to create a whole new family of characters based on the artists and animals that traditionally appear in the ring.

And Tatiana, Vostok, Natasha, Abelardo, Ananias, Esmeralda, Yuri, Biscoito, Volt and Little Pony were born. Some, just like in circuses, have exotic names and accents from distant lands.

The idea was to turn this new group into books and products. But when the circus left, it took its inspiration with it.

A good memory remained ... like an afternoon at the circus.
